It’s best to remove your contact lenses before sleeping, unless your eye doctor has specifically prescribed lenses approved for overnight wear.

-Sleeping in contacts can increase the risk of:
-Eye irritation and redness
-Eye infections
-Dryness and discomfort
-More serious corneal complications

Even if your contacts feel comfortable, your eyes still need time to breathe and recover.
