You’re Allowed is a private year-long membership I built for women in service-based businesses: Pilates instructors, massage therapists, coaches, therapists, hairdressers, studio owners, healers. Anyone who built something from genuine skill and is still not earning what the work is worth or who wants to scale and understand how to create from peace.

What we work on is not just strategy or marketing. It’s the patterns underneath the strategy that keep the business and your life smaller than it should be. The pricing that hasn’t moved. The policies that exist on paper and nowhere else. The ambition that stays slightly out of view because somewhere you learned that wanting too much was too much.

That work happens through a weekly private podcast that takes the public teaching and applies it directly to your specific business. A monthly guided meditation designed for sleep, repatterning the specific identity blocks we work with each month. And a community of women doing this honestly not performing growth, actually doing it.

At the Bloom level there are also monthly live hot seat sessions where real business situations get real attention, quarterly individual sessions with me directly, and first access to in-person retreats including six spots available for the October Desert Hot Springs retreat.

This is a year-long commitment because that is honestly how long it takes for a pattern running for decades to be genuinely replaced by something else.

Let me say something that might sting a little.

Six Pilates classes in one week followed by nothing for the next three months is not a Pilates practice. It is a fitness binge. And your body knows the difference.

Here is what consistency actually builds that intensity never can.
When you show up once a week, every week, your nervous system starts to learn. Your deep stabilizers wake up and stay awake. Your body stops bracing and starts moving from a place of actual strength. Your joints stop compensating. Your posture changes not just in the studio but in how you carry yourself at the grocery store, at your desk, picking something up off the floor.

That does not happen in a six-session sprint. It happens in the quiet, unremarkable showing up over time.

Pilates is not a workout you fit in when you have extra motivation. It is a practice you build like any other thing worth having, steadily, intentionally, over the long game.

The men and women in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond who are moving with ease and confidence right now? They didn’t get there by going hard for two weeks every January. They got there by choosing one day a week and protecting it.

If you’ve been a long time client or friend you know that I love options for y’all to access your mobility and back in 2018 I had a video series called “Pilates on the Couch with Andrea” that I made for other chronic pain folks and people who need a home based fitness option to help stay healthy. Everyone is not made for studio fitness!

I’m back with a live online class for those of you who are finding a bit of challenge in staying consistent, want to get started but don’t know where to start or maybe it’s been a minute since you last moved your body and you just need a place to come back to for safety and assistance. I got you!

Homebody Pilates with Andrea is your solution. Every Thursday and Saturday at 10am just login to Zoom and we move together. No special equipment, no fancy outfits and no excuses. Log in from your phone, laptop, tablet or TV and let’s get stronger together!

Classes are just 30 minutes, broken into 10 minute sets and we start from Day 1 movement. Couch, wall, bed and kitchen. Pricing is super easy… an intro 3pak and then a monthly fee. Twice a month, I offer deeper how-to instructional dives and balance work. Your basic Homebody mobility solution to getting fit.

And honestly, if you won’t make time for your couch, you’re not trying to make time for yourself! Four knee replacements later, I can tell you if you don’t make time now, you’ll have time later.🤷🏽‍♀️

We are not a franchise studio with cookie cutter templates of movement. You’re allowed to move in ways that feel good in your body. Challenging, yes. Hard, some say. It’s 50 minutes of your day and we know that you’re worth the time and energy for the person you’re creating.
