Dear Valued Patients,

After 11 incredible years, we want to share some important news with you. As of this past Friday, Get Me Goings Medical Massage Center has officially closed its doors.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank each and every one of you who has trusted us with your care and allowed us to be part of this community for over a decade. Every visit, every story, and every healing journey has meant the world to us. We are deeply grateful to have had the honor of serving you.

But this is not a “goodbye”—it’s a “see you later.”

While the Center has closed, Get Me Goings Medical Massage is evolving into the Get Me Goings Medical Massage Group. This new chapter allows each of us to operate as our own individual business, while still working together as a collective group of like-minded professionals who share the same commitment: to deliver the proven “Get Me Goings” results that you know and trust.

We’re excited to introduce our new independent practices:
• Troy is opening his private studio,
The Lab
354 N. Sunrise Ave #116 Roseville
• Kimmy is starting her private studio,
K-Motion Recovery 354 N. Sunrise Ave #120
• Isabella is starting her private studio,

Though our names and spaces may be changing, our mission remains the same: helping you feel, move, and live better. We will continue to collaborate as part of the Get Me Goings Medical Massage Group, ensuring you receive the same quality of care you’ve come to expect.

Thank you again for being part of our journey. We look forward to seeing you in our new spaces, and we can’t wait to continue supporting your health and wellness in this next chapter.

With gratitude,
The Get Me Goings Medical Massage Group

In Need of some Grace

Hello all,

I needed to take a quick moment to become transparent as I believe it will make things easier for all.
My mom has been in a skilled nursing facility for awhile. I went to go visit with her on Thursday prior to Mothers Day and every day after that leading to the Monday after Mothers Day. I noticed a rapid decline. I also noticed that she was being neglected and so I made a decision to have her removed and transferred to the hospital as she was suffering from hallucinations and she had wounds on her from sitting in her own urine, and so forth. I just knew she wasn't well and the place she was at didn't seem to care too much for her until it was too late when I made a scene. So on Monday the 12th, she was admitted to Mercy San Juan, and I have been there every day helping her since after work.

So why am I telling you all of this? On Friday the 16th, I too was admitted to the hospital. I was having the exact type of chess pain, I had last year when I had my heart-attack. Iwas really scared and thought I was going to die, so I decided to get to the ER. They admitted me into the hospital where they ran a bunch of tests. Thankfully, my heart checked out well and I was released on Sunday with the diagnosis of stress related chest-pains.
That same day when I was released, Sunday, my mom was deemed eligible for hospice and the hospital wanted to transfer her out into a place of care, but we had no where to put her. So I spent all day Monday looking at places to put my mom at for her hospice care. I have been non-stop trying to get things situated for my mom so she can be comfortable. I still have a lot to do.

I am writing this so that I can be transparent in hopes of receiving some grace and understanding. Moving forward, I may not have such a stable schedule. I am going to have to cut my schedule back some for my mom as well as for myself. I am going to have to hire someone to help with our patients. I may have to cancel an appointment that we have scheduled at last minute because I may need to tend to something for my mom. All, I am asking for is to remain patient with me and our company if we have to reschedule your appointment. I will navigate through this as best as I can. I am not sure how much more time I have with my mom, but Id like to be there more for her during this incredibly hard time. I am sure you all understand. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am not sure what my new schedule is going to be like yet, but I thought I'd at least give a warning out so nobody is surprised.

And as always, Thank you all so much for your continued support.
Love Always,

Troy Goings

New Lowered Rates!!!

A few weeks back, I sent out an email explaining the need to increase our rates. It was a hard email to write and it hasn't sat with me since. Lately I have been receiving emails very similar from other companies and suppliers explaining the need to having to increase their rates and prices. I'm tired of it!

I have always advocated for affordable healthcare, and have always believed in the value that Get Me Goings provides, so with that being said, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, we will lower our rates to the year 2021!

New Old Rate Sheet

30M Quick Fix: $45
60M GMG Session: $110
90M GMG Session: $130
GMG Session Plus (120m): $175

We will keep the rates for the New Patient Appointments, the memberships, and Troy's appointments at the same current rates.

I truly hope this helps everybody keep their well-being a priority. With where our economy is at, it is easy to give up on yourself, to save money for other things. This is why we have created Our Membership program, our Packages, and our Loyalty Rewards program so that you wouldn't have to cut out your treatments. All of these items were put into place so that you could keep yourself and your treatments a priority, because when you feel good, the world around you feels good.

Lastly, I would like to apologize for sending out that email regarding us raising rates. That was the last thing I truly wanted to do. As, I said in the beginning of this email, it didn't sit well with me. As my costs to run the business kept rising, I panicked and tried to pass that on to you the consumer. You guys are getting hit hard as well. I don't want that .I don't want to add to your stress, and run the risk of losing your business. If I could I'd give away treatments for free ,but we all know that isn't possible. So in the meantime, lets just sit on these rates until our economy gets stronger. I will do whatever I possibly can to keep Get Me Goings affordable, without losing value.
Thank you so much for your continued support. Without you, there is no us. And we don't plan on going nowhere.
Sincerely,
Troy Goings

Important Update: Adjusting Our Rates

Below you will find a letter written by our found Troy Goings

Dear Valued Patients,
I hope this message finds you well. I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for your continued trust and support in our practice. It is an honor to serve you and to be a part of your healthcare journey.
As you may be aware, we have not increased our rates in over three years. During this time, we have worked diligently to maintain the quality of care you expect from us while managing the rising costs of doing business in California. Unfortunately, the financial pressures we are facing have become overwhelming, and after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our rates.
This change will allow us to continue providing you with the high level of care and service you deserve. We remain committed to investing in our practice, including our staff, equipment, and facilities, to ensure that you receive the best possible care.
We understand that any increase in costs can be challenging, and we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. We are dedicated to transparency and want to keep you informed throughout this process. The new rates will take effect on October 1st, 2024, and we will provide you with detailed information regarding the changes before they go into effect.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we navigate these changes together. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office. We value your feedback and are here to assist you.

Warm regards,
Troy Goings
CEO, Founder
Get Me Goings Sports and Medical Massage Center LLC
916-877-4325
151 N. Sunrise Ave #907
Roseville, CA 95661

Our New Rates will be as follows:

Senior Lead Therapist (Crystal)
60m -$145.00
90m -$175.00
120m- $210.00

GMG SESSION (therapist trained by Troy)
60m - $130.00
90m - $160.00
120m - $195 *no increase

Keep in mind that many other places charge extra for cupping, and muscle scraping. In fact, they even consider those modalities as an upgrade or an add-on. We don't believe these are add-ons and have never charged extra to incorporate these modalities into your treatment. If you need them, you need them. No need for extra fees to make your body feel the best possible.
We have also done our research. We would never compare ourselves to any other clinics in the area as we know we are different and we understand the value we bring to you, our patients, however, we have noticed that some places in the area are much higher in price than we are. And there others, that provide less quality work that charge about the same rates as we do. So, we are confident that based on our market research, that we still have the highest quality of treatments, and the best therapists for your bodywork needs. We provide value and results that you deserve at very competitive rates.

We would also like to remind you that we still have ways for you to save money on our treatments such as, our Loyalty Points Program, packages, and of course are newest form of savings, our popular GMG Gold Membership Program.

For $99.00 a month you will be able to receive one, 60 minute session per month, unlimited use of our recovery products (Normatec Leg Compressions, Red Light Therapy, Infared Sauna, and our Cold Plunge), and you will receive 15% off of any additional treatments, products or services that we offer. This truly is a great deal for those that make their body needs a priority.

The Membership can be used for our Senior Lead Therapist as well. If you would like Crystal for your one 60 minute Session, simply pay a $10.00 Upgrade fee at the end of your session. And of course any additional treatments with her or any of our therapist, including Troy, will be subject to your 15% off discount!

Hold on... Troy just yelled out something..... he wants to create a GMG Platinum Package!!! For $125 a month you will receive the unlimited use of our recovery products, and the 15% discount on additional services, products, or treatments, but we will upgrade the 60m session per month to a 90m session per month!!
Such a great deal!

So you see, this email, didn't end up being that bad.

At this time we would like to thank-you all for your tremendous support. You make us who we are. You have helped form a dream into a reality. We will continue to serve this community and grow Get Me Goings into something truly amazing. We are the clinic that you have dreamt about!

Like Arby's We've Got the Meat!

Next week is hell week! Lets welcome our newest prospect, Julio! This our way of testing out a new therapist and introducing him to the public. So for one week, and one week only, we are offering to you one free 60 minute appointment with him. All we ask in return is for you to complete a brief questionnaire upon completion of your treatment. This helps us gage Julio's progress and what his next step will be here at Get Me Goings.

Julio has just finished the training with Troy and now we are ready to put him through the test. This is a great way for us to introduce our newest team member to you all. Julio will have back-to-back 60 minute appointments from the start of his shift to the end of his shift every day for a week. This is why we call it hell week!

This is a first come first serve opportunity and the slots will go fast so be sure to grab one.
***Because the booking system doesn't recognize this time limit of one week only, people have the capability of booking this special offer past the time limit. If by chance anyone books past the time limit, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be offered a $50 intern massage with Julio.

Ok, so stop wasting time and go try and grab one. Remember, this is kinda like a "be caller number 100 " on the radio so if you don't get an appointment, please don't be upset with us. Also only one appointment per person.

Thank you all for your support in this. This is the best way for us to provide quality therapist that deliver the type of treatments that are up to our standards.
