Here's an interesting fact for you. The average person spends AT LEAST 30% of their lifetime at work. Most business owners spend close to 80% of their waking hours in a working environment.
The time we spend at work is not only a significant portion of our human experience, but it is often overlooked as a catalyst for how healthy our outside-work-hours can feel. For corporate workers, living that many hours of the day at the office means that mental habits, formed for the sake of coping at the office, can transfer into how you cope outside of work as well: whether in terms of relationships, personal fulfillment, or mental health in general.
I'd like to ask you today, how are you coping at work? Do you find it diffucult to leave your coping mechanisms at work when you get home from the office? As a leader, if you could make your office a more healthy environment for your team, would you? And if you were able to work together with a healthy team, imagine how much it could influence the productivity of your office and quality of what you offer.
Not to mention, now your life as a whole will have changed for the better because such a big part of your human experience will have been effected.
If you’re interested in creating this kind of change in your life, stay tuned for more :)
