Based on over twelve-years of experience, I founded Meridian Home Care with my vision of providing exceptional care, maximizing individual’s dignity, independence, quality of life, and working closely to communicate clearly with loved ones and medical providers. Our company provides professional and qualified caretakers who are chosen specifically for the full constellation of needs for the individual and family being served, no matter the complexity. As I would want for my own family, it is our company’s goal to meet your needs by maintaining consistency and professionalism of caregivers and support staff.
