Here’s the thing about healing: it almost never happens in a rush.

Plants don’t hurry. They grow in relationship-with the soil, the sun, the seasons. And the more time you spend with them, the more you realize: you are meant to grow this way too.

We walk slowly. We listen carefully. We remember that healing is something we root into, not something we chase down.

This week is extra special. We will explore gratitude with a short guided meditation with Yin Yoga + reiki.

But what makes it more special is that we will all bring items to help others have a warmer winter. We will do our part to make sure that less people experience cold this year.

Spirituality is about seeing yourself and others as spirit, not just as bodies.

When we greet each other with Namaste, it literally means: the Divine in me sees and bows to the Divine in you.

It means literally I am seeing and bowing to my Self in you!

Namaste is a reminder that we are not these clothes, appearances, or possessions.

We are a divine soul.

See the soul in everyone you meet, and stay grounded in the truth that you are not your body, but an eternal being one with God and one with all of Existence:
