Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the brain injury recovery process? You aren't alone!

In just over 2 WEEKS our brain injury community will be gathering at the SDBIF Brain Injury Symposium to discuss: Healthy Connections: Balancing Recovery to Avoid Overwhelm

Why should you attend? There are many reasons, including:
• Learn how to recognize the signs of overwhelm before they lead to burnout, withdrawal, or isolation.

• Discover practical strategies for managing energy, setting healthy boundaries, and creating sustainable routines that support recovery.

• Gain tools for building and maintaining healthy connections that strengthen your support network without adding stress.

• Better understand how to support your client or a loved one or client while also protecting your own well-being.

• Learn when to slow down, ask for help, and adjust expectations to promote long-term success and reintegration.

• Connect with survivors, caregivers, professionals, and exhibitors who can provide resources, encouragement, and support for your journey.

This will ALL be happening on June 20 from 10-3 at the Admiral baker Club House. BUT there is a limited number of tickets (100 to be exact)...so get your tickets now while you still can! Just go to the link below:
