After sitting at your desk all week, you might want to try this stretch:
Thoracic Spine Rotation Stretch
Improves mid-back mobility (often tight from desk work).
How to do it:
Sit or kneel upright.
Cross your arms over your chest.
Slowly rotate your upper body to one side.
Return to center and switch sides.
⏱ Reps: 8–10 rotations per side.
