So true

How many can relate to, or even realize the hurt and longing to be connected during an argument?

This is a powerful piece, though so many only see anger, and not hurt.. However, becasue we can understand this, does not dignify anyone disrespecting, hitting, or brutalizing anyone: "Oh I was hurt, so it gave me the right to do...." Oh hell no!

The Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop takes place in a private, nature retreat like setting, in San Diego, California.

We create a safe space for couples to spend quality time deepening their connection.

Our Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop includes about 15 Couples , and we try to have a 2-1 ration of couples per therapists.

The program is from 9:00 a.m. -5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday, Pacific Coast Time.

A Workbook, Lunch, snacks, and beverages are included.

July 29-30, 2023.

Our workshop is suitable for all committed couples.

12 CEU's are available for New York psychologists, and some MFT's, LCSW, Nurses, Dentists, and other mental health professionals (depending on your licensing state/board).

This workshop is for lay couples as well.
