Each time I emerged from the stillness, I would look through the doorway and see Shiva dancing…. and every time, I smiled.

A beautiful reminder that life is both stillness and movement.

Surrender and expression.

The quiet within and the dance of being alive.

But how often are we actually in the body, in the moment?

There is something so beautiful about simply being present.

Taking in what is around you.
Allowing yourself to feel, to breathe, to just be.

We don’t always need to be searching, fixing or doing.

Sometimes we just need to be here.
