✨ What a glorious morning. ✨
One of my favorite parts of this workshop was seeing moms in every season of motherhood come together to invest in themselves.
From learning how to better support and reconnect with the core, to slowing down long enough to receive acupuncture, massage, and essential oils, the room was filled with healing, laughter, connection, and a whole lot of well-deserved self-care.
A huge thank you to Robin Naughton of ErgoMOMics® for sharing her knowledge and passion with our community. The feedback from the moms was incredible, and I know many of us left with tools we’ll continue using for years to come.
Motherhood asks so much of us. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause, listen to our bodies, and give ourselves the same care we so freely give everyone else.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event so special. 💛
