Today, we gathered as a community for a meaningful morning of learning, connection, and conversation with leaders from across Front Porch for SOTO- State of the Organization. ❣️
We were honored to learn from Chief Operating Officer Mary McMullin, Divisional Vice President Craig Sumner, Chief Culture and Community Officer Anna Hall, Chief Human Resources Officer George Akopyan, and Wesley Palms’ very own Executive Director Justin Weber.
Together, we reviewed the organization’s financial report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, participated in an insightful panel discussion about how Front Porch is investing in team members and organizational culture, and explored what these investments mean for the Wesley Palms community.
Most importantly, we had time to connect, ask questions, share ideas, and continue building a stronger future together.
