Joyful July! Love this! My word is Pleasure, what’s yours?

What if joy is more than just feeling happy? 💙

Like an iceberg, the emotion of joy has many layers. The excitement we notice on the surface is often supported by deeper feelings beneath it—gratitude, connection, hope, purpose, belonging, contentment, and peace.

When we recognise these layers, we move beyond chasing fleeting moments of happiness and begin building a more lasting sense of wellbeing.

✨ This Joyful July, take a moment to ask yourself:
💭 Which layer of joy feels strongest for you today?
💭 Which deeper layer would you like to nurture more?

Joy isn’t one feeling—it’s a rich emotional landscape waiting to be explored.

💬 Share one word from the iceberg that resonates with you today.

Happy Full Wolf Moon 🌕 and International Mind-Body Wellness Day. Remember taking time for self-care and getting a massage is the key.

January 3 is International Mind-Body Wellness Day, an opportunity to celebrate how a healthy mind and healthy emotions means a healthy body! The mind, body and soul connection plays an integral role in our overall health and well-being. Our emotions, purpose, spirituality, experiences, goals, beliefs, habits and actions all have an important impact on mind-body harmony and overall health. That is why we celebrate International Mind-Body Wellness Day at the start of each year, because nothing is more important than creating the best you possible, and what better time than the new year for a new you?
