🌿 Sage Energy Cleansing 🌿

Burning sage is a beautiful practice used to cleanse and refresh the energy of a person or space. As the smoke moves through the room, it can symbolize the release of stagnant, heavy, or unwanted energy, helping create a sense of peace, clarity, grounding, and renewal.

✨ About the smoke:
When the smoke rises, moves, swirls, or changes direction, many spiritual traditions view it symbolically as the sage moving through and clearing the energetic atmosphere. The movement of the smoke can vary naturally because of airflow, heat, and humidity, so I see it as part of the cleansing ritual rather than a definite sign of a specific energy.

Pets are part of the family, and through my energetic healing approach, they can also benefit from Reiki sessions. 🐾

1. Energy: Just like people, animals are living beings with an energetic field that may be affected by stress, fear, changes at home, or difficult experiences.

2. Chakras: In Reiki practice, dogs, cats, and other animals are believed to have energetic centers, or chakras, that can be worked with to support greater balance and well-being.

3. Overall well-being: These sessions are intended to promote relaxation, calm, and a greater sense of harmony, especially during times of anxiety, recovery, or important life changes.

Today, I had the privilege of welcoming a very special visitor. It was a beautiful surprise to work with this incredible and majestic animal. 🐾💙
