What is your passion?
What is your purpose?

Sometimes we hit a moment or two in our lives, where these questions hit heavy on our hearts.

It’s as if we know there’s more to our lives, than this mundane existence.

More Meaning
More joy
More Love

I see a massive wave in our collective consciousness.
It’s a beautiful awakening!

I see it in our shamanic sessions.
I see it in our Tiger Tribe Ceremonies.
I see it in our Virtual Loveship Ceremonies.
I see it in our Mindful Monday Meditations.
I see you!

When we are in alignment with our Higher Self, the passion flows and our purpose unfolds with Grace and Ease.

And We Trust!

We Trust that we are exactlly where we are meant to be.

And, We Trust Ourselves!
We Trust our discernment.
We Trust that we will be emotionally and physically responsible for ourselves; that we will honor ourselves and be a positive force of love on this planet!

I am so grateful to be a wild participant and a help guide as we continue to realign and fully step into our lives in this great way.

I was asked, the other day, why I was fasting.

My friend asked me, why do you fast?

My reply? Devotion.
It is a Devotion to my higher self.
A Devotion to my Practice and a Devotion to my connection with the Divine.

Devotion comes from the heart and is generous and loving.

Discipline comes from rigidity, and lack. It’s stern and tough.

Are you Devoted or Disciplined?
Can you feel the difference?

It doesn’t matter if it’s about fasting or not. It’s about where and how we express ourselves and what’s the driving motivation.

My life is a calling. I am guided in all things. And i am devoted to every aspect of this calling.
It just is what it is!

Where does your Devotion lay today?

Ps- love me some Pavarotti I sure wish I saw him before he passed. What a master of his Devotion.

I hope to see you next week as we begin a new 4 week series of Mindful Monday Meditations.

In this series, our focused intention is “The Soul in Bloom”, with our first week’s meditation focused on regulating the nervous system, then moving into tending your Soul’s foundation. Week 3, our meditation continues with planting the seeds of your soul garden, and we will end the series meditating with your soul in full bloom.

What wants to emerge in your soul garden?

💚What does Earth Day
mean to you? 💚

This is a wonderful day to celebrate your Mother Earth...... and your body!

That’s right, we are one with the earth, and we can take this precious day to reflect on how we treat the Earth and how we treat our temple- our body.

Chances are you will find a direct correlation between the two. If you take time to nurture your planet, you may also find that you take the time to nurture yourself.

However, if you are like a lot of folks you might just find that you are disconnected from the Earth. You do not spend time in nature and even if you wanted to, your busy schedule just doen’t allow you the time.

Can you also apply that to the way you treat your body?
Are you disconnected?
Do you feel the aches and pains in your body and add more advil?

Do you eat healthy, organic foods, or stop through the drive through?

💚I am always surprised when I work with clients and they are shocked by how much stress and muscle tention they carry around, and they do not recognize it until they are on the table in a session with me.

Earth day is a great day to honor your connection with the Earth.

Get grounded!
Be present in your body.

Feel what’s going on in there and do a deep inquiry.
Ask your self, “how are you doing? What can I do for you today?” and listen to what’s going on in there.

When is the last time you said,”I love you.” to yourself? Give it a try today!

I would like to encourage you to push back from the ordinary way you treat your body- your Earth and explore the extraordinary.

💚Step outside ( maybe even in your bare feet) today. Feel your feet on the Earth and breathe in the beauty around you. This Earth Day celebrate your connection, and honor your body. You are extraordinary!💚

The High Priestess is a woman who is in deep devotion with this sacred path. She is a living vessel for divine will, and her purpose is to be of service for the highest good for humanity and life on Earth.

When we step on this ancient High Priestess Path we become initiates in Sacred Service with love and gratitude as our guide.

The High Priestess class gently guides you on this path of devotion giving you ethics and experiences to practice your devotion.

Step on the sacred path with me, and witness how your life unfolds with Grace and Ease when you become a High Priestess in devotion.
