Your hips don’t need to become dusty and crusty just because you’re getting older.

But they do need you to keep using them. 👀

Moving your hips through different positions, loading them, rotating them, flexing them, extending them, all of that gives your body opportunities to keep practicing the movement options you want to have.

And no, you don’t need a 45-minute mobility routine every day.

You just need to keep moving.

This is one of my favourite little hip routines when I want something that feels ✨ juicy ✨ without making mobility my entire personality.

Save it and try 5 slow reps of each movement.

Or, if you’d rather follow along with me, comment LOVE and I’ll send you the full routine on YouTube. 💛

Your future hips would probably appreciate it.

You don’t need 47 new mobility exercises.

You probably need a few good ones you actually do. 😅

These are 3 movements I keep coming back to because they hit the places my body tends to need most: hips, spine + lats.

Nothing fancy.
Nothing revolutionary.
Just movements that feel good, work well for me, and are easy enough to keep doing.

Because the boring secret to getting more mobile?
Repetition.

Do them.
Come back to them.
Let your body actually get good at them.

And if you’d rather not spend every day wondering “okay but what mobility should I do today?” I already handled that part for you.

Comment MOBILITY and I’ll send you my free 30-Day MVMNT Calendar with short follow-along routines already planned out for you. 💛

If your squat depth feels inconsistent, sticky, or like you’re fighting your own body at the bottom this isn’t a “try harder” problem. It’s usually a hip access + control problem.

Depth isn’t just about stretching.
It’s about teaching your hips how to yield, rotate, and your core to support you under load.

These movements help create space and control where most people get stuck:
• Single Leg Rock Groin Backs
• Single Leg Hip ER Rocks w/ KB
• Banded Hip IR Lift Offs
• Hip IR Stretch

This combo targets:
→ hip rotation (IR + ER)
→ groin + adductor length under control
→ active strength at end ranges
→ nervous system safety in deep positions

Translation: your body stops panicking at the bottom of your squat and lets you go there.

No forcing depth.
No jamming into ranges you can’t control.
Just better options, one rep at a time.

Short, supportive, and designed to help your body stay with you.

Most people think confidence comes first.

I think confidence is something you build.

Every time you keep a promise to yourself.
Every time you choose to come back after a busy day.
Every time you listen to what your body needs instead of what you think you should do.

Those small moments matter.

That's exactly why I created the Daily MVMNT Calendar.

Instead of opening YouTube and wondering,
"Which routine should I do today?"

You already have your answer.

One routine.
One day at a time.
No guesswork.

This month's theme is Self-Trust + Confidence.

We'll spend September practising what it looks like to trust yourself a little more.

To notice what's already working.
To celebrate progress instead of dismissing it.
To keep showing up, even when it isn't perfect.

Because confidence doesn't come from doing everything perfectly.

It comes from knowing you'll come back.

Let's build a little more self-trust together. 💛

Most people don't struggle because they lack motivation.

They struggle because every day starts with another decision.

What workout should I do?
How long should it be?
Is 10 minutes even enough?
Should I wait until I have more time?

Eventually, making the decision becomes more exhausting than doing the movement itself.

So we end up waiting for the "perfect" day...

When what we actually need is a plan that's easy to come back to.

Build the habit first through easy, simple, doable actions.

Then build the capacity for bigger goals.

Consistency almost always beats intensity because consistency gives your body something intensity can't:

Repetition.

And repetition is where change happens.

Sound familiar? 😮‍💨 I got you, try this: https://youtu.be/mTvajl1r9CI ✨

These aren’t just signs you’re “tired”, they’re red flags that your nervous system is overwhelmed and quietly shutting down to protect you. It’s not laziness, it’s survival mode.

I’ve been there. For the longest time, I thought I just needed more sleep, more caffeine, more willpower. But what I really needed was to learn how to rest (not just physically, but nervous-system-deep rest).

That’s why I created MVMNT, to help you rebuild from the inside out with breath, movement, and nervous system regulation, starting with just 5–15 minutes a day.

You don’t need to push harder. You need to feel safe resting (not guilty or selfish).

💡 Want to rewire your nervous system for real recovery?

I used to think people just needed better mobility.

Now I think they need something else first.

A place to start.

Not another saved routine they’ll never come back to. Not another “perfect, personalized, progressive” program.

Just someone to say,
“Do this today.”

That’s exactly what my 30-Day MVMNT Calendar is for.

It’s a free downloadable calendar with a month of short, follow-along mobility routines already planned out for you. Each day links directly to a YouTube video, so all you have to do is press play and move with me.

One less decision.
One simple way to keep coming back to your body.

💛 Comment “Calendar” and I’ll send you mobility routines planned out for the next 30 days.
