Want to keep your bones strong as you age? Don’t forget about IMPACT! 🦴💪

Here’s a fact worth knowing: Women can lose up to 20% of their bone density during the 5–7 years following menopause.

And while strength training is incredibly important, adding appropriate weight-bearing impact exercises can also help stimulate bone-building adaptations.

Think:
👟 Gentle hops
👟 Small jumps
👟 Low-impact landing drills

You don’t need a full jumping workout! A little intentional impact, progressed gradually, can be a valuable addition to your strength routine.

⚠️ If you have osteoporosis, a history of fractures, or joint limitations, check with your healthcare provider before adding jumping exercises.

We’re not just building muscle for today. We’re investing in stronger bones for the years ahead.

🤔When was the last time you actually trained your balance?

We think about strength and cardio all the time, but balance deserves a spot in the routine too.

And no—you don’t have to be perfectly still.

The little corrections your body makes are part of the work.

Try each for 30–45 seconds per side and repeat 2–3x.

And if you’re wobbling... welcome to the club. 😂

Some days you’re motivated. Some days you’re definitely not. 😅

On those days, I make the goal smaller.

10 minutes. A few exercises. A walk. Whatever feels doable.

Because the workout you actually do will always beat the “perfect” workout you keep putting off.

A little movement still counts. ❤️

Sitting isn’t the enemy—but your body probably doesn’t love staying in the same position all day. 🙃

Instead of only stretching what feels tight, try combining mobility + activation + strength.

These 5 moves target the hips, upper back, glutes, core and shoulders—perfect after a long day at your desk, in the car, or just sitting more than usual.

Try all 5 as a quick mobility reset, or pick 1–2 when you need them.

SAVE this for the next time your body is feeling a little too much chair time. 👏

Hydration has always been a big part of my routine, but I’m becoming much more intentional about what that looks like around workouts, long days and everything in between.

Currently trying BT Fountain as an easy addition to my routine. 💧

The in-between-season piece I’ll actually wear. 🤎

This rose satin top is the perfect summer → fall transition. The color works almost like a neutral, and it’s easy enough for daytime but feels instantly dressed up for dinner.

Right now I’m pairing it with lighter summer pieces, and later it’ll be denim, trousers + a jacket.

Basically, if it can take me from day to night AND through two seasons, it earns a spot in my closet.

Your core needs more than crunches. 👏

These 5 Pilates-inspired strength moves work your core and back together—with a little upper-body work sneaking in too.

I love exercises like these because you’re not isolating one muscle at a time. You’re asking your body to stabilize, rotate, reach, pull and control movement—all while adding a little resistance.

Grab a pair of light weights and give these a try.

8–12 reps each • 2–3 rounds
Slow + controlled is the goal here.

Save this one for your next strength day—and tell me which move looks harder than it actually is. 😂

I looked healthy on the outside…but my blood work told a different story. 👀

I train consistently. I eat well. I prioritize my health. So seeing some of my results genuinely surprised me.

Superpower gave me a deeper look with **100+ biomarkers**—and, more importantly, helped me understand what those numbers could mean and what to focus on next.

Because feeling healthy and *knowing what’s happening inside your body* aren’t always the same thing.

Curious what your blood work might be missing? Check out **Superpower** to learn more.

🔥 **One ball. Six moves. Whole body.**

If you’ve been doing the same strength routine on repeat, grab a medicine ball and mix things up.

These 6 moves combine strength, core stability, coordination, and a little cardio for a workout that keeps your whole body involved.

And that’s exactly what I love about combination exercises in midlife—you can train more than one thing at a time without making your workout longer.

Simple equipment. Dynamic movement. Big energy.

Save this one for the next time your workout needs a little shake-up. 💥
