Yoga doesn’t end when class ends. 🤍

What happens when we take the teachings of yoga off the mat and into our relationships, our challenges, our choices, and our everyday lives?

Introducing Living Yoga | Exploring Ancient Principles for Life Beyond the Studio — a monthly discussion circle for Yoga One YTT graduates and our wider Yoga One community.

Together, we’ll explore the niyamas — how we meet ourselves — through conversation, reflection, small-group sharing, and simple grounding practices.

✨ Self-study
✨ Clarity

No philosophy background required. No pressure to attend every session. Just bring your curiosity, your lived experience, and an open mind.

In anything we do, each part matters.

As yoga teachers, we do our best to prepare for class, arrive early, set a welcoming vibe…

Ask for requests or create a theme or playlist that we think the students will benefit from and enjoy…

We endeavor to hold an inclusive, accessible space to practice the many powerful parts of yoga…

Right through savasana and saying see you later—every ingredient counts.

Whether making sandwiches or building an intentional life, perhaps as we pay more attention to the small stuff—each ingredient—the results can be increasingly delicious 😋
