On the first Friday of each month, studio manager & lead teacher Dj will lead a community walk from the studio to a local coffee shop or nearby location where members and neighbors can come together for connection, reflection, and setting intentions for the month ahead!

This Friday we will be walking at 10:30 from our studio to Heavenly Bodega!
