I cannot emphasize enough how slowing down is so beneficial and therapeutic. I myself had to learn to do this. God wrote us a love letter called the Bible and when we take the time to sit and read it we learn so much about HIM and how much HE loves us. God asks us to be still and it’s better to obey than to sacrifice so we should slow down. A lot of women come to sessions stressed, anxious and overwhelmed with life. Sometimes just creating a plan to slow down lowers the stress and allows for the therapy process to work.

Ladies, I challenge you to grab your bibles and look up each of the verses here. We get so busy, myself included, and forget to spend time with our Lord. It’s good to be reminded of who we are in Christ and to be thankful for all our blessings. This keeps anxiety and depression far far away 😉🥰
