Meet Dr. Marinda Hofacre, the founder of Hofacre Optometric and a passionate advocate for helping patients achieve clear vision and healthy eyes.

Dr. Hofacre earned her Doctor of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry and her Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly Pomona. She is certified by the International Association of Boards of Examiners in Optometry for both primary eye care and the treatment and management of ocular disease.

Her journey into optometry began with a personal experience as a teenager. After struggling in school because she couldn’t see clearly, a visit to the optometrist changed everything. With her first pair of glasses, her grades improved and her confidence soared.

That life-changing experience inspired her to pursue optometry and help others experience the same transformation through better vision.

Dr. De Leon earned her Doctor of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Los Angeles.

Her training includes valuable clinical experience at several respected institutions, including the Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System, the University Eye Center at Ketchum Health, and community health centers throughout Southern California.
