Hello! I’m Connor Finnegan, an MFT graduate student with a B.A in Psychology and a background in counseling. My approach draws from evidence-based and experiential practices including: systemic, cognitive-behavioral, and relational therapies to support clients in making sense of their experiences, strengthening connections, and building meaningful strategies for growth.

I currently work with individuals, couples, and families in a community setting, where I also co-facilitate groups that focus on communication, parenting, and healing from difficult life experiences.

With a foundation of empathy, curiosity, and respect, I strive to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they navigate challenges and discover new possibilities.
