I had the honor of attending and presenting at the 42nd Morita Conference in Sapporo this year. It was an incredible experience, especially to see so many young Morita specialists and practitioners leading the way in promoting Morita Therapy and its principles for the next generation.

I am grateful to the organizing team, as well as the experienced Morita specialists and teachers who provided encouragement and support. I would also like to thank my fellow presenters who apply Morita principles in various settings around the world.

I am truly honored to present at the International Naikan Congress in Shanghai alongside experienced Naikan specialists. The Chinese organizing team, comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, psychotherapists, and other staff who specialize in Naikan, welcomed us warmly. I feel humbled to learn from so many knowledgeable and compassionate Chinese clinicians who shared their research with us. The organizing team's extensive planning, adjustments, and dedication made this remarkable international gathering possible.
