This little guy has never been told to “push through it.”
When he’s uncomfortable, he says so. When he needs comfort, he finds it. When he wants to be held, he climbs right into your arms without apology.
He has never questioned whether he deserves to feel good.
Have you?
We spend so much time caring for everyone and everything around us — our families, our work, our responsibilities — while quietly ignoring the one thing that has been with us through all of it.
Our body.
And it notices. It keeps track. It stores every unprocessed emotion, every swallowed feeling, every moment we chose everyone else over ourselves.
Until one day it starts speaking up in the only language it has left.
Pain. Anxiety. Exhaustion. Symptoms that don’t quite make sense.
It’s not broken. It’s just been waiting for you to come back to it.
DM me the word “purr” and I’ll send you the link to start listening to what yours has been trying to say. 💜
