“I came to Adeliz because I began to have low self-esteem and negative self-talk in the past year, comparing myself to others and telling myself that I wasn’t as smart, funny, or interesting as other people. It was the first time I had started to talk to myself that way, and in the grand scheme of things, was part of a depression I found myself in.
