If every study tip you’ve ever tried stopped working by week two, it was never a you problem. Maruko | ADHD Study Systems Maruko’s session was the clearest explanation we’ve heard of why: traditional advice has its merits, but it doesn’t account for neurodivergent pathways of thinking.

So she rebuilt it. Make the first action so small you don’t have to negotiate with yourself. Leave a breadcrumb before you end every session. And when you miss a day, the next day does not owe double; consistency is about getting really good at returning, not protecting a streak.

The student who asks too many questions is running a system, not a personality flaw.
nalogy Anna went from flopping in high school to being one of three students out of 70 to finish her master’s on time, and the engine was questions: they keep doors open (she invented her own thesis project just by asking), they double as an attention meter (no questions in ten minutes means she’s zoned out), and they got her two of her best friends with a single “hey, do you want to be friends?” Her reminder for anyone grinding through a course right now: you are a human being, not a human studying.

Studying advice assumes a brain that runs on importance.

ADHD brains run on interest, and that changes everything about how you start, stay, remember, and come back.
nalogy Anna and Maruko shared the systems that actually got them through: breadcrumbs before you quit, retrieval as a diagnostic tool instead of a test, and getting really good at returning after a missed day instead of protecting a perfect streak. And yes, procrastination is an emotion issue.

Expelled, fired five times, then a multi-six-figure business started with $57.

Ari Scott || ADHD Business Builder Ari Scott’s point isn’t the comeback story; it’s the diagnosis of why ADHD businesses wobble. It is never you, it is never the person, and it is always the chair: clarity, strategy, regulation, and dopamine are the four legs, and most of us are trying to sit on one or two.

Her full session walks through all four, plus the Magic 5 and why you should build systems for the worst version of you, not the hyperfocused one.

You were never supposed to manage ADHD by yourself.

Dr. Alan Graham spent our final summit day on the people around your ADHD: the partner who thinks you’re doing it on purpose, the uncle who thinks you’re just lazy, the boss who’d accommodate you if you ever actually asked. His research finding stuck with us: most people are genuinely willing to help, and most people are afraid to ask.

The full session covers how to map your support network, spot who’s coachable vs. toxic, and ask for what you need at work without ever disclosing a diagnosis.

🚨 THE FINAL DAY OF THE ADHD GROWTH SUMMIT IS HERE 🚨

One day left. Today is drive and direction - the day built for the ADHDers who have “so much potential if they just applied themselves.” We’ll cover how to understand your ADHD ecosystem and finally take everyone into account (Dr. Alan Graham), the actual success formula for ADHD entrepreneurs (Ari Scott), the studying-with-ADHD panel every student and adult-learner needs to hear (Anna + Maruko), and end with our week 2 integration session with Coach Tracy to make everything from the last 10 days actually stick ❤️

Everything is recorded, so whatever you couldn’t catch live is waiting for you. Some people are already re-watching favorites. Some are just starting from Day 1.

However your brain works is the right way to do this 🎉

Bubble baths were never going to fix an ADHD nervous system. That’s not what self-care is for.

Shimmer coach Bree spent the summit’s self-care session on what actually regulates an ADHD brain: why most of us idle in fight-or-flight when nothing is on fire, why your midnight brain hands you 17 forgotten tasks the second you lie down, and how to build routines out of bricks instead of a house of cards that collapses the first messy day.

The couples that fight less aren’t winning. Less fighting only gets you to zero, and zero is not a good relationship.

Dr. Ari Tuckman, psychologist and author of ADHD After Dark, spent an hour at the ADHD Growth Summit on how ADHD couples actually negotiate: why you only get a few “limit” cards to play, what a clean request sounds like, why you should disappoint your partner early, and what Taylor Swift has to do with showing up in a good mood.

For everyone whose relationship runs on one person’s working memory.

Social anxiety isn’t shyness. It’s being certain you know what everyone thinks of you, and being wrong.

Dr. Sharon Saline (Dr. Sharon Saline), clinical psychologist and author, came to the ADHD Growth Summit to untangle social anxiety from ADHD: why avoidance feels like control but keeps the fear big, and why a satisfying social life needs exactly three friends. Not twelve. Three.

Her session also has the kindest reframe of rejection sensitivity we’ve heard all summit.

Twenty years of coaching parents of complex kids, and Elaine Taylor-Klaus (ImpactParents | Parenting with a Coach-Approach) can still name the exact feeling: exhausted, behind, and quietly wondering if you’re the problem.

Her ADHD Growth Summit session covers why exhaustion is not laziness, why the effort behind ordinary tasks goes invisible, what your kid makes up about themselves when nobody explains their diagnosis, and the three words that change how you parent (we’re not spoiling them here).
