6 months post-op after endoscopic brow lift and facial fat grafting.
What I love about this result is that it is subtle and doesn’t look done. By lifting her brows and strategically grafting fat, I created a softer, more rested, and more open appearance around her eyes.
One of the most important parts of evaluating the upper eyelid area is determining whether the heaviness is truly from excess upper eyelid skin, or whether the brow position is contributing to it.
It’s not always an upper blepharoplasty that’s needed. In some patients, especially those with certain eye shapes or naturally lower brow positions, removing eyelid skin alone can make the eyes look smaller, heavier, or less balanced. In those cases, a brow lift may be the more appropriate procedure to open and support the upper face.
