Spring is the perfect season to indulge in an Afternoon Tea. On the West Coast, Coterie Cathedral Hill drew inspiration from the nearby Japanese Tea Garden with cherry blossoms, a special tea ceremony demonstration, and a visit to the world-famous gardens themselves. Back in New York, Coterie Hudson Yards enjoyed a "Blue Willow" British tea service with earl grey martinis, sweet and savory bites, and a chance to get creative with a silk workshop.
