Hula hoop is one of my favorite exercise!!!
Walking, dancing, hula hoop, yoga, parallel bar liftingโฆ
Iโm working pull up bar.. it seems like my body is so heavy I canโt lift it up yetโฆ Maybe someday I can. ๐
