Sometimes, boundaries can get crossed when working in the school setting by working in multiple capacities and wearing different hats.

As the new school year begins, remember to review your role, the scope of your role, and continue to communicate this with your supervisor, staff, and your clients at large.

It’s incredibly important to practice within your defined role and that you know what your defined role is. This will protect you, your clients, and everyone involved.
