NICOS Chinese Health Coalition (華人健康組織聯會) NICOS Chinese Health Coalition is a nonprofit public-private-community partnership of more than 30 health and human service organizations.

NICOS was founded in 1985, when five of the largest health care organizations in Chinatown joined to form a unified voice for the Chinese community. The groups incorporated NICOS Chinese Health Coalition at a 501(c)3 non profit agency in 1993. Today, NICOS is a public-private-community partnership of more than 30 health and human service organizations and concerned individuals.

埠五個最大的健康組織﹕東北醫療中心﹐ 華美醫師協會﹐ 東華醫院﹐ 安樂居﹐ 及安老自助處創立。在1993年﹐正式証冊為510(c)3 非牟利機構。

今天﹐華人健康組織聯會是一個由三十多個公立和私立機構組成的聯盟﹐其會員包括不同的醫療﹐教育﹐宗教組織﹐ 房屋及社區發展機構﹐ 和兒童青少年發展機構。

Despite the rhetoric, the majority of those being arrested have no criminal history.

"A survey from Stop AAPI Hate, a self-reporting platform formed during the pandemic, paints an even more worrying picture, with almost half of individuals indicating they have been targeted but many decline to report it to authorities for fear of repercussions."
