Our massage therapists can provide a relaxing Swedish style but are also specialized in deep tissue, pre-natal and sports massage. We offer introductory and intermediate Pilates instruction as a class or one-on-one. Our staff doctors provide chiropractic care and overall wellness guidance to get you on a path to full health. In addition our acupuncture treatments are given with great care – they are safe, gentle and deeply relaxing.

Due to the Bay Area Ordinance to shelter-in-place we have closed our office until April 7th.

As a small business we appreciate your support during these times of uncertainty. We are grateful and proud to be able to do the work we do to promote our community's health and wellness. We’re looking forward to get back at it when this all resolves. For now, the best thing we can do is to try to mitigate the spread of the virus, stay calm and take care of each other and ourselves.

It's National Stress Awareness Day! The modern American lifestyle has many of us running in so many directions at the same time. Stress and anxiety can build with work, family, political, environmental, financial and social pressures. Auricular acupuncture is a great tool that I, and many Acupuncturist use to increase calmness, improve sleep, and reduce anxiety and agitation.
This powerful 5 point ear protocol called NADA, is great for easing the everyday pressures of life. In extreme situations, NADA is used all over the world for stress management and easing emotional trauma in disaster relief settings. It is also used to minimize withdrawal symptoms helping patients feel calmer, and find inner quiet and strength.
Acupuncture is perfect as a tool to recenter, or jumpstart your daily self care routine. We love acupuncture as an adjunct to exercise, healthy eating habits, positive socializing, meditation, gratitude practices, therapy and snuggles with pets (). You deserve to feel amazing!
