On July 1, 2026 passed the 20-year milestone of practice. Where were we 20 years ago??

Dr. Horton had just completed her 6th year of surgical training, graduating from Microsurgery at The Buncke Clinic. Since then, she built a beautiful new office & outpatient surgical facility!

Mary Pasache was Patient Coordinator for 3 other women Plastic Surgeons, running triathlons and raising her son. Mary has kept everyone sane & served as a confidant, therapist & problem-solver for over 3 decades now!

Niloo Feizian was working in Plastic Surgery at other practices. Niloo provides “unreasonable hospitality” to each & every patient who comes through our doors.

Rachel Powell was working as an RN in Plastic Surgery. She now is our O.R. Manager, birthday planner extraordinare & living her best life surrounded by a group of supportive, loving women!

Autumn Anderson was stating middle school! She serves as our Non-Surgical Front Office Coordinator, an invaluable right-hand to our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners.

Rebecca Benson was studying Theater Costume Design. Now, she’s our Preoperative Nurse Educator, Operating Room & PACU Nurse who continues to create incredible costumes for post-work adventures!

Danielle Bautista was traveling before becoming an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. introduced us to , , PRF, PRP/EZgel, weight loss consultations & GLP-1 prescriptions!

Rose Natukunda was teaching the ins & outs of surgical instruments and sterile technique. She now is Lead Scrub Technician (“Real Boss of the O.R.”) & Sterile Processing expert. We couldn’t function without her!

Sharron Wong was working in our Suite 506 office and hiking Yosemite. Today, she is still in our back office keeping everyone on their toes!

DeLisa Branch-Nealy was working at Davies/CPMC with Dr. Horton. She now works with us part-time when she’s not dancing, publishing books or producing Broadway plays!

Erica Hofmann was living in San Diego. Erica Hofmann keeps our digital presence with SILVR Agency modern & beautiful.

What’s the top 1 thing you can do to prepare yourself for ???⁠

When preparing for Plastic Surgery, I always recommend regular exercise to my patients. It’s crucial to get your heart rate up and your body used to being challenged because surgery can be a shock to the system. If you’re physically fit and accustomed to exercise, your recovery will be much smoother. I suggest engaging in 30 minutes of exercise, 3 to 5 times a week, along with maintaining a stable weight and a healthy diet. This approach helps your body handle the stress of surgery and promotes a quicker recovery.
