App Descriptions
COVID Coach , designed to be used by all, provides interactive tools to manage stress, improve relationships and stay busy during our shelter in place. It also includes links to support and crisis resources, mood and wellbeing assessments and psychoeducation.

The two newest releases:

Insomnia Coach- Designed to be a self-management app for sleep issues, inspired by CBT-i (also updates some features from the existing CBT-i Coach).

Couples Coach- Encourages reconnection and behavioral skill building for couples. We are actively seeking feedback on ways to improve and enhance this app!

These apps are funded by the Department of Veterans Affairs and are secure and private. They collect no identifying information and do not require a log in. All are available for both Android and Apple users.
