Thank you Folk Yoga for hosting me this weekend! The Office Yoga workshop was so fun to teach, and as usual, brings up so many good questions.

I’ve been feeling torn, as my “real job” actually working in corporate wellness has been so busy, it’s making it harder for me to lead trainings, which I love. I keep calling Office Yoga Training my “retirement plan” but realistically, we’re far from that 😂

I first shared this quote in 2018. Eight years later, “quiet quitting” is a proper noun and How to Do Nothing is a bestseller.

Kofman wasn’t predicting the future; he was reading the data. Companies that don’t invest in physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being don’t just lose good people. They fail. That’s exactly why Office Yoga exists. And that’s why I can’t I do this work alone.
