As hesitant as I am to say this about a pandemic that has created so much turmoil, one good thing about Covid-19 is the light it has shed on the importance of mental health and the destigmatization of therapy and other mental health interventions. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Let’s continue to normalize and prioritize our mental wellness.
