I cannot say enough about Nallely. What started as a completely panic-inducing morning - discovering my daughter had lice - turned into one of the most surprisingly positive experiences I’ve had. Nallely has a rare and special gift for putting both kids and parents completely at ease. She was calm, warm, and genuinely fun to be around, and somehow managed to turn a stressful situation into something we were all laughing through.

My daughter actually enjoyed the heat treatment - it looked so relaxing she was practically glowing and watched a tablet while being treated. The kids had fun during the whole process, which honestly feels unbelievable to say about a lice treatment appointment.

Nallely went completely above and beyond. We talked and laughed the entire time and it almost felt surreal that we were there for lice removal. That kind of warmth and professionalism is a rare talent and she has it in abundance. If you’re in a panic like I was, ask for Nallely. She will take care of you and your family in the most wonderful way.

As your local Lice clinic, we always see an increase in Lice cases once school starts. We just wanted to remind Parents to do a quick check this week and again after the first couple weeks of school. Catching it early makes everything so much easier.
