Join us for our FREE four-week "Men's Workshop: Building Your Emotional Toolbox" designed for men who want to improve their relationships and better understand themselves and others. This series will explore topics such as building trust, understanding body language and empathy, navigating vulnerability and shame, and healthy approaches to conflict.

The workshop series begins on Friday, July 24, and meets from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Christian Counseling Collective in San Jose. Registration is limited to eight participants to provide a supportive and engaging group experience.
