Our residents recently enjoyed another session of our People & Places program, where we travel the world without ever leaving our community. Together, we traveled to Belgium and watched a scenic travel presentation, learned about a new destination, and enjoyed delicious food and drinks inspired by the region.

It's a wonderful way to explore new cultures, spark meaningful conversations, and create memorable experiences with friends—all from the comfort of our theater.

🎄✨ Christmas in July at Our Monthly Eat & Greet! ✨🎄

Today, our residents gathered for one of our favorite monthly traditions our Eat & Greet! By drawing random table numbers, everyone had the opportunity to sit with someone new, share stories, make new friendships, and enjoy wonderful conversations.

To make this month’s gathering even more special, we celebrated Christmas in July with festive decorations, holiday cheer, and plenty of smiles. It’s always amazing to see how something as simple as sharing a meal with new friends can create meaningful connections and lasting memories.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from Watermark at Almaden! ❤️🤍💙

Earlier this week, our community came together for a memorable 4th of July Luncheon as we celebrated America’s 250th birthday. Residents enjoyed a delicious holiday meal, festive decorations, and the joy of spending time with friends and neighbors.

One of the day’s biggest highlights was a once-in-a-lifetime performance by our leadership team! Our directors took the stage to entertain our residents, filling the room with laughter, music, and unforgettable memories. It was a wonderful example of the dedication, teamwork, and heart that make our community so special.

As we honor 250 years of freedom, courage, and unity, we’re grateful for the opportunity to celebrate alongside the incredible residents who have witnessed and helped shape so much of our nation’s history.

Today, we proudly celebrated Independence Day as our nation marks an incredible milestone—America’s 250th birthday. It was a wonderful day filled with patriotism, community, and celebration.

We kicked off the festivities with a fantastic live performance that had our residents singing along, clapping, and enjoying the patriotic spirit together.

As we honor 250 years of freedom and independence, we also celebrate the generations who have helped shape our nation’s history. Their stories, strength, and resilience remind us of the true meaning of this special day.
