J Shiva Parvati Pooja
This pooja honors Shiva (Consciousness) ano
Parvati (Energy/Shakti), the divine couple
symbolizing cosmic balance and perfect union.
Goal: Marital harmony, spiritual growth, family
welfare. and obstacle removal
Setup: Cleanse space. Place deities. Gather Bel
leaves (Shiva), flowers (Parvati), Pancha Amrita,
incense, lamp, and Naivedya
Steps:
1. Sankalpa & Ganesha Pooia
2. Abhishekam (Bathing) with Pancha Amrita/
water while chanting "Om Namah Shivava."
3. Adornment: Offer Bel Patra (Shiva), Kumkum
(Parvati), sandalwood
4. Mantra Japa: Recite Maha Mrityunjaya or
"Om Uma Maheshwarabhyam Namah."
5. Conclusion: Offer Naivedya, perform Aarti
and seek forgiveness.
The ritual fosters love, protection, and spiritual
power within the family.
