RealOptions Obria Medical Clinic of Central San Jose RealOptions has four licensed community care clinics that have been serving Alameda and Santa Clara County since 1981.

We provide reproductive healthcare with or without insurance and are a Medi-Cal provider. Our services include well woman and gynecology care, optimal health coaching, fertility education & medical management, pre-abortion screenings, pregnancy testing, pregnancy options consultations, STD testing and treatment, ultrasound imaging, prenatal care, abortion pill reversal, after hours helpline, material support, childbirth classes, community assistance referrals, reproductive loss healing, and optimal health education for students and parents.
