Celebrating Flordeliza’s return home. 🌟

Flordeliza came to Vista Manor Nursing Center in San Jose, CA, after a lower-extremity fracture, needing support as she began her recovery.

Through intensive physical and occupational therapy, she stayed focused on her goal of regaining independence. With determination, hard work, and support from her care team, Flordeliza met her goals and returned home to the community.
