Want to take a class? Our next two classes are happening in Santa Cruz and Redwood city. Check out our events page, to register. You will get a Red Cross Adult/Pediatric CPR, First Aid, AED Certification. This is the standard certification for most professions!

The other day in class we asked participants if they knew anything about the signs of a stroke...Two women raised their hands and said they heard if you cut a persons fingertips and let them bleed out, it will prevent the stroke from getting worse. Wow where do we begin. No please don't cut anyone suffering a stroke! Second, Come to one of our classes. Check out our calendar of events!
