If you and your parents want to feel strong and independent in your 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond, do these 3 things ⬇️

1. train strength like it’s non negotiable
strong legs, hips, back, and core are what keep you getting up off the floor, carrying groceries, traveling, living. barre and strength based classes build this in a joint friendly way.

2. practice balance on purpose
balance is a skill, not a talent. the more you train it now, the steadier you stay later. it’s one of the biggest protectors of independence as you age.

3. keep your mobility and breath in the routine
mobility keeps your body feeling open and capable. breath led movement keeps your mind clear and your nervous system steady. yogaFLOW is the reset, yogaSCULPT is the reset with strength.

working out with a group might be the kick in the butt you’ve been missing.

not because you need someone yelling at you
but because it’s harder to talk yourself out of something when you know you’re expected
when the playlist is waiting
when the room is full of people choosing themselves too

you stop relying on motivation
and you start building a rhythm
one class a week becomes two
two becomes “this is just what i do now”

and that’s when everything changes
your energy, your confidence, your mind, your body
because consistency finally has a place to land

longevity isn’t something you start training for at 60.
