But here is the truth: standing all day is just as hard on your body as sitting all day.

The key to avoiding fatigue and back pain is the transition. We call it the "Sweet Spot."

For most tech workers, a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio works best. Try sitting for 40 minutes, then standing for 20.
