Feeling unsteady when turning, changing direction, or recovering from a stumble?
Those moments often come down to more than just balance.
With Cindy, Coach Tim’s focus has been on improving the strength, coordination, and reaction speed needed to move confidently and reduce fall risk.
Training has included:
✔️ Single-leg balance work
✔️ Change-of-direction drills
✔️ Reflex and coordination training
✔️ Assisted hopping progressions to build reactive strength safely
✔️ Hip extension exercises to improve power and stability
Force plate testing also revealed a need for more reactive “bounce,” an important quality for responding quickly, maintaining balance, and reducing injury risk.
The goal isn’t just getting stronger. It’s staying active, independent, and confident in everyday life.
