The Walk Intuit team consists of highly trained therapists, equine specialists, and healers who are dedicated to helping others find their way on the journey towards becoming aligned with their authentic self. What Affirming Care Looks Like at Walk Intuit: We don't just offer traditional talk therapy. Our work is relational and experiential, meaning healing happens through the body, through movement, through connection with horses, and through somatic practices that reach trauma at its root rather than simply reframing it.

ONLY TWO SPOTS REMAINING — What if healing didn’t start with talking… 🐴🌿

Starting June 12th, Walk Intuit’s 6-week horse-assisted therapy group offers a different kind of healing space, one that happens outdoors, alongside therapy horses, creative expression, and people who understand what it means to carry something heavy.

You don’t need horse experience.
You don’t need therapy experience.
You don’t even need the right words.

Horses have a way of sensing stress, grief, anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm before we can explain it ourselves. For many people, being with them reaches places that traditional talk therapy alone could not.

Each Friday morning, you’ll spend 90 minutes outside with a small, supportive group engaging in:
✨ Time with therapy horses
✨ Gentle creative activities
✨ Space to talk — or not talk
✨ Grounding, connection, and nervous system support

This group may be a good fit if you’re:
• Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected
• Navigating trauma, grief, or major life changes
• Curious about therapy but unsure where to begin
• Tired of feeling “in your head” all the time
• Looking for real connection and support

Many people spend years believing something is “wrong” with them, when what they are actually carrying is the imprint of what their body first learned about love, closeness, protection, and belonging.

Through somatic and equine-assisted therapy, we help individuals gently access and heal the imprints that traditional talk therapy often cannot reach.

Our work is rooted in safety, embodiment, attachment, and the profound healing that can emerge through connection with horses, nature, and attuned therapeutic presence.

✨ A heartfelt THANK YOU to the National Charity League and their Ticktockers for volunteering at our Costa Mesa location at the OC Fairgrounds Equestrian Center this week.

These incredible mothers and daughters showed up with paintbrushes, cleaning supplies, and so much heart, transforming our space and reminding us why community matters.

NCL has been bringing people together in service since 1925, donating nearly 3 million volunteer hours annually across the country. We are so proud to be one of their chapter partners here in OC. 🐴💚

Support like this makes trauma-informed, equine-assisted therapy accessible to those who need it most. We could not do this work without you!

What a way to close out the season! 🐴✨ Walk Intuit was proud to be part of the final Discovery Day of the year at Centennial Farm, and what a finale it was!

This month's event welcomed a record-breaking 1,458 participants, including 601 walk-ins, the highest walk-in count of the entire season! Clearly, the word is out about the magic happening at Centennial Farm. 🙌

Around 100 community members experienced hands-on interactions with our horses, while many more connected with our team to learn how equine-assisted therapy supports emotional regulation, mindfulness, and trauma healing.

Walk Intuit's trauma-informed clinicians offer live demonstrations showing the transformative human-horse relationship in action. Families, homeschool groups, educators, and curious visitors of all ages are welcome to discover how our equine-assisted mental health programs integrate mindfulness, creativity, and relational care.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Centennial Farm team and a special thank you to our partners at for having us as part of Discovery Day all season long. 💛
