Finding a therapist is hard enough. Finding one covered by insurance shouldn't be.

At Walk Intuit, we believe healing happens in relationship, and we want that relationship to be accessible. That's why we work with Blue Shield FEP, Medicare (CA South), Cigna, Optum, UHC Medicare Advantage (PPO), Aetna Medicare Advantage (PPO), and Tricare, with sliding scale options also available.

Here's what makes that meaningful: our clinicians are highly trained trainees who receive ongoing supervision for complex, specialized work, including developmental trauma, somatic therapy, and therapy interventions for kids, teens, and families. That level of expertise usually lives outside insurance networks. We've made it a priority to bring it inside.

You never have to walk alone, and you shouldn't have to choose between quality care and what your insurance covers.

For people ages 10 to 34, su***de is the second leading cause of death in the U.S. Nearly 49,300 lives were lost in 2023. Behind every number is someone's Tuesday afternoon.

A few signs to keep in mind:
- Pulling away from people they love.
- Talking about being a burden.
- A hopelessness that doesn't lift.
- A sudden, unexplained calm.

If someone you love comes to mind, you don't need the right words. You can ask plainly: "Are you thinking about su***de?" Asking directly does not plant the idea. It opens a door. And if the person who came to mind is you, that door is open too. Call or text 988 anytime. Free, confidential, 24/7.

Discovery Day is starting up again for the fall season!! 🐴

Are you ready to join us at Centennial Farm's Discovery Day? Walk Intuit's trauma-informed clinicians offer hands-on demonstrations showing the transformative human-horse relationship in action. Families, homeschool groups, educators, and curious visitors of all ages are welcome to discover how our equine-assisted mental health programs integrate mindfulness, creativity, and relational care.

If you're carrying stress, grief, trauma, or the weight of a hard season, and talking about it hasn't given you relief, we want you to know there's another way to work through it: Equine Therapy.

We're running a 6-week group called Healing With Horses, starting September 4th, for people who've been through something hard and need more than conversation to move through it.

It's not talk therapy in the traditional sense.

You spend an hour and a half outside with our real therapy horses, walking with them, brushing them, sometimes doing a small creative activity, and you talk as much or as little as you want. The horses do a lot of the work that words can't.

You don't need any experience with horses. You just have to show up.

Here is what you can expect:
🐴 Spend time with the horses, no experience needed
🎨 Try a simple creative activity if it feels right
🗣️ Talk as much or as little as you want
🤝 Sit with others who are also working through something real

If talk therapy alone hasn't gotten you where you need to be, this group gives you another way to process what you're carrying.
