At tonight’s Kundalini Activation & Reiki Workshop, I sensed a theme of grief: the loss of a loved one, the loss of ourselves, and the loss of love in general.

Then a message came through: when you have a strong heart, you have a strong mind.

I found myself trying to come up with the right saying for the reverse of that. But then I realized that it isn’t necessarily the other way around.

When we are stuck in our mind, we return to the heart.

And when the heart is broken, we don’t ask the mind to fix it. We allow the mind to become quiet enough for the heart to heal.

The heart doesn’t need the mind to explain the pain. It needs the mind to stop fighting the pain long enough for it to move through.

Sometimes the heart breaks because something mattered deeply.

And perhaps the capacity to love, grieve, surrender, and eventually open again is not a weakness at all, but a source of greater inner strength. 🤍

Another beautiful evening in the Salt Cave with a full house. 🤍✨

No two sessions are ever the same. Whether there are just a few people or the room is full, the energy always meets each person exactly where they are. Some experience powerful sensations, emotions, or insights, while others may not feel much at all…and that’s okay.

Every session unfolds as it’s meant to, and I trust that each person receives exactly what they need in their own time.

My intention is to create a space where your heart can open, you can reconnect with yourself, and remember what it feels like to come home to who you truly are.

I can’t believe half of the year has already passed, and it’s given me a chance to reflect. ✨

During a Kundalini Activation session, some people experience spontaneous, involuntary movement. This can be a sign that they’re deeply relaxed and allowing energy to move freely through the body. For many, it’s also a somatic release of stored tension and emotional stress.

In this video, the energy is flowing through my friend Chris Tafoya, who is also a facilitator and especially sensitive to this work. It’s such a beautiful experience to witness. My intention here was also to activate the energy in the room as we began our group session.
