Dr. Toan Nguyen was born and raised in Kansas where he practiced optometry for four years before finally joining his wife, Dr. Julie Phan, in sunny southern California. It was always their dream to own and operate a private optometry practice ever since they were both in optometry school. Their goal is to build a practice focused on delivering patient-centric care with an emphasis on exceptional i

ndividualized service. We live in a world where innovation and new technologies has provided short cuts and instant results in many aspects of our lives, but we understand that great patient care still revolves around quality time the doctor spends focused on you.
