Some mornings, I sit with my journal, looking out at the mountains as the clouds quietly drift by.
It reminds me that life changes with the seasons.
When we’re young, we live in the moment. As we grow older, we begin to see how those moments connect. They become the story of our lives.
I used to fill my journal with questions like, What did I do wrong? What could I have done differently?
Now, I write to understand.
I’ve learned that the people in our lives are like mountains. They aren’t here to move because we want them to. They have their own path, just as we have ours.
Maybe our job is to be more like the clouds… to keep moving, to keep learning, and to let life reveal itself one quiet moment at a time.
That’s why I write.
That’s why I move.
That’s why I create.
Because every day is another thread in the story.
Come home to your body… and listen to what your life is trying to teach you.
