School is almost back in session!

Day Ten:

Silence is truly golden.

Seeing everything as a reflection is powerful.

I am changed.

And I can’t wait for the next 10 day silent meditation retreat.

The process of un layering will take a lifetime.

Day Four:
A stranger I have always known.

If we are not separate then I am not special. I am just like the rest of essence. Which is terrifying and such a relief.

All equally special and the same.

I’m noticing the days are long but the retreat is short.

Day Three:
Coming into pure perceiving. We no longer operate from object/subject.

There is a place and time for the function of separation. And also a place and time for pure essence.

When operating from object/subject our “I” history and patterns come with us. When we attune to pure essence we are set free and so is everything and everyone.

Day Two:
What a gift to realize that I am what is.

But also how terrifying to realize I am what is.

Recognizing I am what is allows me to free up my soul contracts and my belief in a reciprocal universe.

I don’t have to be good to get. I am good. And there is nothing to get.

I am what is. “I” is “it.” Therefore it is what it is.

Not in a blasé and unaccountable way. But all powerful.

I can hear it. I can trust it. It is communicating. I can listen. In each moment at what is best.

It shows me each moment and that is all there is.

Day One:
The tears are at a moments distance. Ready. Waiting for me to let them through.

It is as if they have been praying for this moment. For me to make them safe and whole.

The ocean within me is tired of the chaos. It is weary of the storm. It is calling to me asking “when will it pass?” When will I allow the light to shine?

So I cry and I rest. And I cry and I rest.

All the while in silence.

A trembling cry as opposed to a gutteral yell. A quivering lip. A shaking hand.

The storm is raging within but on the surface tears fall like rain from the heavens but I have hope there will be a peaceful dawn.
